Toby Lederberg
Toby Lederberg is a member of the Board of Directors. He is a partner at the law firm of Hinckley Allen Snyder, focusing his practice in the area of corporate law, with extensive experience representing investors and companies in a variety of U.S. and international business transactions, both public and private, including leveraged buyout financings and venture capital investments. Toby also has substantial experience with mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, securities offerings, workouts, corporate governance matters and reorganization of business enterprises. His clients include biotech, media and software companies.
