Matthew McGowan is a principal at Salter McGowan Sylvia & Leonard, Inc., a Providence law firm whose attorneys practice in corporate, commercial, tax and insolvency law and litigation, and estate planning. Matt is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and the Catholic University of America School of Law and has taught bankruptcy law at Roger Williams University School of Law.
